デフォルトページを指定する方法。
これでOK

map.connect('/', controller='hello', action='index') 

これはだめ。

map.connect('', controller='hello', action='index')　　#NG

コレだけだとダメで、publicディレクトリにindex.htmlがあるとこっちを優先してしまう。ので削除。んで例によってapacheはrestart。

マニュアルに記載の内容ではあるけれども。
